Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which clients may cancel services and the refund conditions applicable. We strive to be fair and transparent in all our dealings.

Clients may cancel services under the following conditions:

• Before processing begins: Full refund of consultancy fees (minus administrative charges of 10%)
• After processing has begun: Partial refund based on the stage of processing. A detailed breakdown will be provided.
• After submission to authorities: No refund of consultancy fees, as services have been fully rendered.

Government fees, embassy fees, and any third-party charges paid on behalf of the client are non-refundable under all circumstances, as these are paid directly to the relevant authorities and are outside our control.

In the event of a visa rejection:

• Consultancy fees are non-refundable as our services (preparation and submission) have been rendered in full
• We offer a complimentary review and guidance for reapplication
• Reapplication within 30 days may attract reduced consultancy fees
• Government and embassy fees for reapplication are borne by the client

We reserve the right to cancel services if:

• The client provides false or misleading information
• The client fails to provide required documents within the agreed timeframe
• Payment obligations are not met
• Circumstances beyond our control prevent service delivery

In such cases, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

For flight tickets, hotel bookings, and airport protocol services:

• Cancellation policies of airlines and hotels apply in addition to our terms
• Our service fees for booking assistance are non-refundable once bookings are confirmed
• We will assist in processing refunds from service providers where applicable

To request a cancellation or refund:

• Include your application reference number and reason for cancellation
• Refund requests are processed within 7-14 business days
• Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method
