By engaging our services or using the Vayu Consultancy website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Vayu Consultancy Nigeria Limited provides visa and immigration consultancy services including but not limited to:

• Visa application processing and assistance
• TWP approvals and CERPAC renewals
• Expatriate quota management
• Company setup and business permit assistance
• Travel assistance including flight tickets and hotel bookings
• Airport protocol services

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information as required for your application
• Submit all necessary documents in a timely manner
• Inform us of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your application
• Make payment for services as agreed upon
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Our service fees are communicated prior to the commencement of services. Payment terms include:

• Fees are due as agreed upon at the time of engagement
• Government and embassy fees are separate from our consultancy fees
• All fees are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated
• Late payments may attract additional charges

While we strive for the highest success rate, Vayu Consultancy cannot guarantee the approval of any visa application or immigration request. Decisions are made solely by the relevant government authorities or embassies. Our service covers the professional preparation and submission of applications.

Vayu Consultancy shall not be liable for:

• Visa rejections or delays caused by government authorities
• Losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client
• Changes in immigration policies or regulations
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary for visa processing or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
